Programs

Specialty programs that meet youth where life is hardest.

Our programs wrap clinical services around the real situations Ohio youth face — trauma, school disruption, family transitions, and the leap toward adulthood.

Trauma Recovery Pathway

An integrated track combining trauma-focused CBT, family work, and somatic skill-building for youth recovering from acute or complex trauma.

School Stabilization

Embedded clinical support for students at risk of expulsion, chronic absenteeism, or IEP escalation — coordinated with district teams.

Family Reunification Support

Clinical and CPST support for families reuniting after foster care, residential treatment, or hospitalization.

Transition-Age Youth (16–20)

Skill-building, identity work, and care navigation for older adolescents preparing for independence.

Identity & Belonging Group

Affirming peer groups for LGBTQ+ youth and youth navigating cultural identity, faith, or community belonging.

Crisis Bridge Program

Short-term intensive support that bridges from inpatient or ED discharge into stable community-based care.
