How do I get started?+

Begin with our online intake form or call our intake line. We respond within one business day to schedule a brief screening conversation.

What insurance do you accept?+

We accept Ohio Medicaid and most major commercial insurance plans. Sliding-scale support is available for qualifying families.

How quickly can my child be seen?+

Most service lines have same-week appointment availability. Crisis-related referrals are prioritized.

Do you offer telehealth?+

Yes — we provide HIPAA-compliant telehealth alongside in-person, school-based, and home-based options.

Is information shared with my child's school?+

Only with written consent. We coordinate with schools when it serves the youth's plan of care.

Are sessions confidential from parents?+

Therapy sessions are private. We share safety information and progress with parents in developmentally appropriate ways.

What ages do you serve?+

We serve youth ages 5–20 and their families.

How do I access the parent portal?+

Once intake is complete, you'll receive a secure invitation to your parent portal account.
